Iovana started Pilates five years ago along with her dancing profession. She was seeking for muscle and body strength, but it was just after she started her Pilate’s teacher training and she discovered that the Pilates method is one of the safest forms of fitness exercise, which improves a grater sense of balance and body awareness.
Two years of training with Pilates Foundation UK gave her a broad understanding of the Anatomy of the human body that allows her to design a comprehensive and tailor made exercise program for each client

The feeling of well being coming from the body-mind connection of Pilates is essential not just for the treatment of an injury or a training program; it also becomes part of the day to day life.
